My Story

I am a transformation enabler. Over last 15 years of leading transformation, I have been passionate about behaviour and systems change across teams.

My transformation outcomes have focussed on customer and employee journeys. For example platform teams visualising their work to continuously improve flow of work. Another example is product managers using customer usage data to make product decisions. Another example is product teams aligned on a common product strategy to help customer claims simpler. Other experiments I have used include improvements in team psychological safety; improvements in continuous discovery and continuous delivery.

These transformation efforts have been in a complex context. This complexity is driven by - industry (e.g, pharmaceutical, financial services and telecommunications), size of business (e.g., revenue ranging from $400 million to $50 billion), system and team complexity (e.g, legacy systems, high acquisition activity, high degree of regulation and functional silos).

I am driven by 6 key values: continuous learning, integrity, impact, respect for individuals, bias for action, pride in work.
